Built to Help Communities Work Differently

CityCollective helps communities move beyond disconnected programs to design, build and operate coordinated approaches that support lasting economic mobility.

Our work is grounded in the experience of CityLink Center and a belief that communities can achieve more when organizations align around the people they serve, share accountability for outcomes, and continuously improve together.

OUR STORY

From One Community to Many

CityCollective grew from more than 15 years of experience at CityLink Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. CityLink demonstrated what becomes possible when organizations bring their expertise together around a shared client journey, coordinated services, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement.

As other communities began asking how they could learn from and apply the model, CityCollective was created to help make that possible.

Our goal isn't to replicate CityLink. It's to help communities apply what works to build what works for them.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

People Experience Life as a Whole. Support Systems Should Too.

At the heart of this work is a simple commitment:

to love our neighbors well.

Economic mobility is rarely the result of a single program or service. People move forward when barriers are addressed together and opportunities build upon one another.

We believe loving our neighbors well means seeing the whole person and building systems that do the same. That requires organizations working together around the people they serve, sharing responsibility for progress, and using data to learn and improve.

Economic mobility means meaningful progress toward greater stability, opportunity, and long-term well-beingWhile every community may define its pathway differently, the goal remains the same: create the conditions that help people make meaningful progress and sustain it over time.

CityCollective was created to help other communities learn from CityLink's experience and apply the principles behind its success in ways that reflect their own needs, assets, and opportunities.
