Why Should I Give to City Collective?
- City Collective is a proven church planting movement. Since we started Trinity Grace Church, our first network of parish churches in New York City, we have planted a new church each year in the most influential city of the world.
- Trinity Grace Church has not only penetrated the neighborhoods of the city, building a healthy community of Christian believers, but also the major industries of the city with the Gospel.
- God has given City Collective favor to continue to other urban centers of the world. The Lord is drawing leaders and church planters with passions for their own cities to join our network and begin new churches.
- We must respond to the decline of the American church with a renewed approach to church planting. Tim Keller, Pastor of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in New York City, reminds us, ”The only way to be truly sure you are increasing the number of Christians in a town is to increase the number of churches. Why? Much traditional evangelism aims to get a ‘decision’ for Christ. Experience, however, shows us that many of these ‘decisions’ disappear and never result in changed lives. Why? Many, many decisions are not really conversions, but often only the beginning of a journey of seeking God. City Collective can receive gifts online through Trinity Grace Church’s giving system by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover) or by withdrawal from your bank account. A TGC login is required; it enables us to send you a tax receipt, and enables you to give one time, or set up and edit recurring gifts.
